Custom-Made Orders — Non-Refundable

All Star gear and uniforms that are custom made to order are non-refundable. As these items are made specifically for your team or order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders. Exchanges on custom orders are assessed on a case-by-case basis — please contact us to discuss.

Window & Eligibility

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date — only for unworn, unwashed, and original-condition items.

  • All garments must retain their original tags, be free from perfumes or stains, and — for swim items — the hygiene liner must be intact.

How to Make a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us via our contact form or directly via email to hello@pompomcouture.co.

  2. Let us know your reason for return, order number.

  3. Confirm the item(s) and whether you'd like a refund or a store credit/exchange.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method once the return is approved.

  • Exchanges: Preference for a different size or color? Opt for exchange — we'll ship that out once your return is received.

  • Store credit (if chosen) goes directly into your account and never expires.

Return Fees

  • Free returns and exchanges for unworn, tag-intact items — we'll cover return shipping with our label.

  • If a return label isn't available in your region, the customer pays for return postage. We'll cover customs/duties where applicable.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Received the wrong size, color, or a faulty item? Email us (hello@pompomcouture.co) with your order number and 2–3 clear photos within 30 days, and we'll handle it immediately — free return, full refund or replacement, your choice.
